this is the problem with us humans, so quick to find a fault rather than a resolve, rather than a rescue.. I was so happy to see how they rallied to each other's defense.. Take a Lesson from these Elephants... do for others, DON'T sit back and criticize, Rejoice they have the basic instinct to HELP EACH OTHER..that is what counts.. sadly we humans are not always as instinctive... I think the larger herd knew what to do and rushed in to help. I guess it’s like either die with your Son or watch your Son die kinda scenario? Cos 1 herd is not enough to keep the lions away. I think the herd was like, “realistically you can’t save your son...”. When the second family came to help, they had more in numbers, n that buys them more time so probably now there’s a higher chance to save her son. I think the bigger the herd, the more afraid the lions will become to approach. I think it was a man - made danger to that placed the baby to be unnaturally stuck to begin with and the asshat sat there and recorded it. Anything for a fb like. Too bad the video taker couldn't have been lion food.... now that would make me like a fb video. Connie Arezzo Cole possibly ..she may have been a first time mum ..and it took the old matriach to take charge ..she has probably rescued a few babies in her life ..marvellous to watch .. Depending on what kids major in, the debt isn’t worth it. If they want to major in a non STEM major, they should be going to a school where they will incur the least amount of debt. Kids have to stop with the dream Elephant In A World Where You Can Be Anything Be Kind Sweater and go where there is the most financial aid and/or the cheapest. To graduate at 21 or 22 with tens of thousands of debt with no job prospects which are paying high salaries after graduation is slavery. If they have a true talent that doesn’t require a degree, they should go to trade school and pursue it. College is not for every kid. If they choose to go as grown adults, it will be there. They will potentially have money saved so they won’t need to take out loans. They were a matriarchy...

Males leave at puberty and become socially independent, but females remain within their families for their whole lives. They rear their calves alongside their mothers, grandmothers, sisters and aunts. Elephant families are extremely fluid in their association patterns meaning that not all members are together all of the time. This wonderful flexibility and fluidity in elephant society, which we call “fission-fusion”, is one of the things that I find so fascinating about elephants.” When people kill elephants for their tusks they want the biggest ones and the biggest elephants are the oldest ones. The marnarchs. The elephants with the most experience and able to handle stressful situations. So when we kill these ones the herd is left with a bunch of inexperienced teenagers. Another shirt here. Unable to handle situations like this and others like finding water and the paths to get to them because they were not taught the paths and such. Help stop the killing of these beautiful and inteliget animals! Family is vital for the survival of these creatures. They need their Elephant In A World Where You Can Be Anything Be Kind Sweater and great grandparts for guidance! No more ivory trade!. I don’t think the others new what to do. From: PHotoxtee
